Bundilla 4 is an ideally located property in Jindabyne, conveniently positioned within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Upon entering the property there are stairs that take you to a flat level apartment which features a spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area, with complimentary WiFi, and a generously sized balcony furnished with a BBQ and outdoor setting furnishing, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The recently installed reverse cycle air conditioning system (May 2022) maintains a comfortable temperature all year round, while guests can relax by the open fireplace during the winter months (please note that wood is not provided).
The accommodation caters to families and provides an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, a main bathroom, separate toilet, internal laundry facilities, and two off-street parking spaces.
For children, there is a separate TV room off the living area for relaxation after a long day out.
Bundilla 4 serves as an ideal base for exploring the various outdoor activities that Snowy Mountains has to offer, including hiking, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, water sports, skiing, snowboarding, snow-play, and backcountry excursions.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the bin area, as it is not locked, and we have since ensured that it is easily accessible for all guests. We are tried to dumping all the rubbish to the bins area but it was booked. Also the property was not provided enough rubbish bags. And the dishwasher take ages to finish. The master bathroom blankets was yellow 🤮!

Just spent a 10 day stay here with friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I think the property may have had a refresh since some of the earlier reviews. New cooktop, heaters added, new lights etc and the sauna now working too (bonus!). So much space and a lovely retro lodge feel - we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. Pros - Warm, well equipped (kitchen utensil drawer was a hoot), very spacious, great feel and views, fresh white bedding and towels, huge fireplace Cons - only 2 parking spots (but that's Jindy), bigger couches would be nice in a place that sleeps 8

Fabulous accommodation with lots of room to move

My partner and I stayed for 10 days with three other friends and enjoyed an extremely relaxed and comfortable stay. The property is well equipped, well heated and very spacious with a wonderful, retro ski-lodge feel. I think that there have probably been a number of updates since some of the other reviews were posted, heaters added, new cooktop and the sauna is now working.

Beautiful place, perfect for our group

Warm, clean and inviting. Large living areas and big kitchen accommodated our group of skiiers well. Sauna was perfect after a day on the slopes. Beautiful view of the lake too

The position, location and size of house is great. House needs updating and is cold in bathrooms and bedrooms. The sauna is not working.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. The kitchen had everything we needed including a good sized fridge for self-catering a family of 5. Very efficient and helpful staff managing the property. Loved the fireplace and floor heating. Great view of Lake Jindabyne. The bunk beds were a bit creaky so that might affect a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing by the lake

Our family truely enjoyed our week in this beautiful property. All the little touches make it feel like a home away from home and the views out over the lake are stunning. The in-floor heating was fantastic and the open fire was fantastic. Will definitely book again.
