From enquiry to stay, we’re working behind the scenes to deliver a wonderful holiday experience, allowing you to simply arrive and relax.

 Below are important details to help you prepare for your stay.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival. 

We will send you a text message with check-in details once your property is ready on the day of your arrival.

Please note: Due to heavy cleaning workloads, delays may be experienced for check-ins during peak periods.

 

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is strictly 10am. 

Please return the key to the key box or reception (accommodation dependent) upon vacating the property.

 

KITCHEN AND BATHROOM ESSENTIALS

All Snowy Mountains Accommodation by McGrath-managed holiday properties are self-contained and include a small complimentary starter supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials, including: 

  • Arrival tea, coffee, sugar
  • UHT milk
  • Small shampoo and conditioner
  • 1 bar of soap
  • 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
  • 1 extra bin liner
 

KITCHEN AND PANTRY EQUIPMENT

All kitchens are equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery but may not include salt, pepper or oil.

 

LINEN

All linen is provided, including towels, sheets, pillows and blankets.

 

EXTRA GUESTS

Please note, extra persons are not permitted to stay at the property, as stated in our house rules and T&Cs.

 

ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY

We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of holiday accommodation. If something is not satisfactory during your stay, please contact us so we can rectify it for you. 

Please do not wait until check-out to notify us of a problem as this diminishes your enjoyment during your stay and does not allow us to provide you the best possible experience.
