Description
Located within an apartment complex, 22 at The Gables is a new addition to our Holiday property portfolio , just in time for your Summer Snowy Mountains adventures!
This Split level Loft style unit sleeps 6 and has been recently renovated and packs in those must have items such as access to complimentary Wifi , coffee machine and ease of access to town amenities.
At the entry of the unit there is a storage cupboard for jackets and shoes and this leads onto the renovated bathroom which features a shower, toilet and vanity with extra built in storage.
The well-equipped Kitchenette has all the crockery and cutlery you need and also includes a bar fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, a drawer style dishwasher, single induction cooktop and a Nescafe pod coffee machine. The open plan layout continues onto the 4 seater dining table and 2 seater sofa lounge with wall mounted TV with Foxtel and the king size bed. The balcony space offers seating and a bar style bench so you can sit down and watch the world go by while soaking in the mountain and lake views.
Upstairs in the loft bedroom is a double bed and bunk bed with a freestanding cupboard and space for your luggage to be stored away.
While staying at 22 @ the Gables, you will also enjoy access to the complex amenities such as Sauna , gym , and communal guest laundry.Stair access is required for entry into this apartment.
Attached to the building is a bar &bistro, The Brumby Bar, so dining out is super convenient!

Reggie18 - 13th April 2021Unfortunately we paid full price and then some to stay over the school holidays, the heater didn’t work there were no frypans to put on induction cooktop no toilet paper,and the carpet hasn’t been cleaned since it was laid. The whole place needs a really good clean.

Exceeds our expectations
Kay - 29th December 2020The apartment is newly renovated and exceptionally clean. We are very happy and would definetely be staying here when we visit Jindy again. The only improvement we can think of is for four adults and 1 child (2 night stay) we were provided with only 1 soap, a travel shize shampoo and a conditioner. Which were a bit insufficient for us but other than that all were perfect and highly recommend.
