Situated over two levels, Beloka 7 has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the top floor, with balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, both featuring queen size beds and double access to bathrooms. The main bathroom upstairs has a spa bath and the laundry downstairs has a heater and drying rack for your ski gear. The townhouse is ideal for both summer and winter stays with a fully equipped kitchen and free wifi.

Ok but a bit tiredSam - 10th January 2021
3 of us stayed here. A couple + 85yo. The apartment has internal stairs but oldie managed ok. Apartment spacious with kitchen, living area, one bedroom and main bathroom (with showerin spa bath) upstairs. Laundry, second bedroom and second bathroom with walk in shower downstairs. All reasonably comfortable. Please note though that wall with neighbour is thin so we woke up when they woke up with radio or tv at 7am. Not that they had it loud, but sound travels. Single garage was very tight. There is a rear rollerdoor in the garage extending to small patio area. Without this rear roller door up, our station wagon would not have fitted. Width is very narrow too. The patio area has a small area of cover good for storing bikes etc. Now the required improvements. The BBQ was not useable due to being old and not cleaned. The patio area was untidy. The screen door upstairs bizarrely does not have a handle meaning the screen has been ripped to open the door which the flies use as an adventure to get through. The rangehood above the stove is broken. Location was ok. Quiet area about 10-15 minute walk to shops but note uphill the way back. All up ok but not value for money. We actually stayed in January 2021 but couldn't select 2021.
Comfortable stay at Beloka 7Fran - 29th December 2020
We were 2 couples over Xmas- so the layout was very good - each had own bedroom/bathroom . The space was good , kitchen had most implements and oven was fine . A big TV, newish dishwasher and washing machine /dryer very handy. The location is great - easy walk -10 mins to shops . We did 3 days great walking in Thredbo and Perisher. The only slight downside was the curtains were a bit dusty - probably due for a wash and dust window sills. Also, there is a BBQ ( we didn't use this ) in a small courtyard out the back - definitely would benefit from a sweep and tidy there . Otherwise , the rest of apartment was clean , quiet and easy parking - 1 car in garage and 1 on the street . Loved our Xmas in Jindabyne.

We had a comfortable stay at Beloka 7, it was on a quiet cup-de-sac and had everything we needed. Close enough to be able to walk into town.
