No fan or aircon but high summer temps OK because unit is downstairs and receives breeze from the lake. Table bench arrangement rather uncomfortable and awkward but adequate. Good fridge. Good bed. Good bathroom. Bedroom window needs a visual screen as it abuts the common parking area.

reat spot to go skiing, can retrieve the keys 24/7 in a lock box so no problem getting in late after a long drive. The apartment is small but convenient, and fairly close to Jindabyne shops and restaurants. 30m drive to perisher and threbdo.
